The SDCOA currently awards a scholarship to a Junior-level student at South Dakota State University in Brookings, SD.  This student must be enrolled in the Fisheries and Wildlife Management Program and have an interest in fish and wildlife law enforcement.  The recipient is chosen by SDSU staff.
